First Penance is received by those children who are preparing to receive their First Holy Communion. Preparation for First Penance is done in 2nd Grade or through the RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children) program.

The First Holy Communion Handbook provides complete details about the requirements necessary to receive the Sacrament of Penance.
