St. Andrew Trail Life Troop VA-717 collects American Flags ready to retire year round. The Troop's Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony this year was on Veterans Day, November 11, 2021 in the St. Andrew’s picnic area.
All are always welcome to attend, especially active military and retired veterans.
