St. Andrew the Apostle will offer two options for Religious Education for 2020-2021.
1. Distance Learning for grades K-8 and Special Needs
2. In-class option for grades 1-8 and Sacramental Prep on Monday only
If the Monday classes fill then we will offer the in-class option on Tuesday for students in grades 1, 2, 7, and 8 (those preparing for Sacraments) if there are a substantial number of students who prefer the in-class option.
Kindergarten - Distance Learning Only
Students will receive Gosepl Weeklies and Seasonal At-Home Projects and have Zoom meetings with a teacher every 2-4 weeks.
Special Needs - Distance Learning Only
Students will have regular Zoom meetings with a teacher. The primary focus is on preparing for Confirmation
Grades 1-8 and Sacramental Prep (RCIC) Students Weekly In-Class
Mondays 5:30-7 pm beginning September 21, 2020
Students will complete lessons and activies online using the same program as the Distance Learning students but will have in-person engagement and classroom activities as well as an opportunity to attend meditation in Church.
Grades 1-8 - Distance Learning
Students will complete lessons and activities online and will have Zoom meetings with a teacher every-3 weeks.
Grades 1-8 will use My Catholic Faith Delivered, which is an online version of Faith and Life.
